All shipping within Australia is posted via Australia Post.

At checkout you have the option to select Parcel Post (Aus Wide) (approx 2-5 working days) at a flat rate cost of $9 or Express Post (approx 1-3 working days) at a cost of $12.  You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure that all your details are correct at checkout and that you have entered the correct shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery/shipping address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Shaneta Fashion Boutique cannot offer a reimbursement for the package. Should the parcel be returned to sender, Shaneta Fashion Boutique will require a postage payment to re-send the parcel.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders placed before 1pm AEST Monday - Friday will be shipped SAME DAY.
Orders placed outside these hours (Saturday or Sunday & Public Holidays) will be shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

From here you will be able to see the delivery time estimate to get your parcel from us to your door and can make your decision.

Please Note: These times are estimates only. From time to time, the Australia Post network experiences delays and so this may push out your delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for delays by Australia Post, once your order has been dispatched.

PICK UP

If you have selected pick up, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Pick up is from our Dayboro Boutique and all details will be sent to you via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct. Please note pick up is by appointment only and available Wednesday-Sunday (9am-3pm). 

Due to the current Social Distancing Laws, we please request that you call us on 0407 026 562 once you have arrived and we will run your order to your car.

If you select pick up in error, a postage invoice will be sent to ensure your order is dispatched accordingly.
